Fitness Night, Red's Real Fitness Spring Fitness Night at Red’s Real Fitness (3000 Wayne St., Endwell) on Saturday, May 21st. Hosted by Eileen Hanrahan and Ann Smith from 6 - 9 p.m. (Please arrive at 5:45 p.m. to be ready for the first session.) This is a TCSC exclusive event. Unlike any other fitness program in the area, Red's Real Fitness provides a holistic personal fitness approach. Choose up to 5 small group 20 minute sessions in personal training, yoga, spinning, Groove (dance moves) and Pilates for an invigorating and Gatorade grabbing, nearly 2 hour workout, if you do all 5. In addition, you can sign up for one-on-one 10 minute consultations in personal training, therapeutic or relaxation massage, yoga, reiki, and nutrition and holistic health coaching. Finally, we'll power down and relax (Ann and Eileen will probably start a dance party in the dance studio) during an hour long wine and hors d'oeuvres social hour. If you don't like wine, you are free to b.y.o.b. Also, you will have an opportunity to meet and work out with our host Ken Howell, a certified personal trainer, and Carol Potts, a certified yoga instructor and massage therapist.
We need to get 17 -20 people to keep the price
at $10.00/person. More than 20 people brings the price down more. An
evening like this is a $35 - $65 value, depending on the number of
sessions you partake in. Contact Eileen Hanrahan at 785-6822 or Ann
Smith at 797-7391. You can also sign-up on TCSC's Meetup.com site.
Just click on "I'm going."
